QTRACA
Handcrafted in Auckland, New Zealand.
Our Story
QTRACA was designed specifically for food manufacturers to help them increase productivity, save time and comply. At the heart of QTRACA is the idea of removing paperwork from the daily compliance process, and in turn increase productivity and efficiency, whilst reducing risk.
QTRACA addresses many common issues around safety, quality assurance, training, compliance and traceability and lets owners concentrate on being proactive within their business rather than reactive.
Built from decades of IT experience and designed from decades of quality assurance knowledge QTRACA can easily meet all your food safety, compliance, and inventory requirements.

Mike Cook
Founder
After graduating from the University of Auckland with a BE (Electrical and Electronics) Mike has worked in the information technology space for over 25 years.
During this time he has worked across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Retail POS, FMCG Trade Promotions and Pricing, and Internet Security. He has gained valuable experience in growing startups to working in medium and large corporates across the world.
QTRACA is the result of this 25 years of IT experience, and years of listening to the work stories of a quality assurance manager.
A common theme arose and Mike felt it needed to be addressed. The end result of inefficient paper-based systems often led to avoidable issues and hard business decisions that had to be made. Increasing risk, costing time and money.
Mike wrote QTRACA to address these issues and help food industry businesses succeed and grow in an extremely competitive market.
