The QTRACA recipe and inventory module provides manufacturers with a simple and cost effective way of managing recipes.
SUBSTITUTE INGREDIENTS
Define substitute ingredients at the raw material level, or on a recipe. This enables you to easily substitute for required ingredient during production, maintaining complete traceability.
VERSION CONTROLLED
Maintain multiple versions of recipes as they evolve over time. Previous production batches are kept intact linked to the recipe that they used.
IDENTIFY ALLERGENS
Specify ingredients with allergens and recognise these when entering a production batch,
UNIT CONVERSION
Allow any conversion of units for recipes through global conversions for raw material or specific conversions on the recipe.
