The 15-day free trial includes full access to all QTRACA features including inventory management, food safety forms, IoT monitoring setup, compliance tracking, and traceability. No credit card required to start. Our support team is available throughout your trial to help with setup, training, and answering questions.

We offer both monthly and annual subscription options. Annual plans receive a discount compared to monthly billing. All plans include free updates, cloud storage, mobile apps, and customer support.

No setup fees. QTRACA pricing is transparent with no hidden costs. Basic implementation support, data migration assistance, and training are included in your subscription. However, if you require QTRACA to be more involved in an implementation we do have a number of implementation packages available to purchase. The only other additional costs would be optional hardware like temperature sensors if you choose to use them.

Absolutely. Many customers start with one module (such as food safety or inventory) and expand as they grow. QTRACA is fully modular—add features, users, or locations anytime. Your data carries forward seamlessly as you scale up.

Simply add additional user licenses anytime. Pricing is per active user, and you can add users as your team changes. There are no penalties for growing.

No long-term contracts required. QTRACA operates on a month-to-month or annual subscription basis. You can cancel anytime but note that the current term (month or year) will not be refunded. We earn your business every month by delivering value.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and purchase orders. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. Automatic billing makes renewals seamless.

Sites: Each plan comes with 1 production site and 1 demo/training site. Extra production sites must be purchased separately.

Training: Up to 50 trainees per site. Trainees do not have to be users of the system. Trainees can be shared across sites. Additional trainee blocks can be purchased separately on request.

IoT Monitoring: IoT monitoring requires additional purchase of monitoring hardware. Up to 2 temperature devices can be registered per user. Minimum polling time for a single device is ten minutes. Devices polling at a frequency of less than ten minutes run the risk of being throttled or blocked. Continuous production monitoring can be purchased separately on request.

Products: Up to 1000 products (Raw materials, WIP, Finished Goods, Packaging) can be entered into the system. Additional product blocks can be purchased separately on request.
