QTRACA traceability extends the inventory module and allows full traceability of product during manufacturing, from supplier to finished goods.
MULTI-SITE FUNCTIONALITY
QTRACA has been designed to handle multiple sites within the one customer instance. Each site is completely isolated and runs independently from the other sites within the instance. Subsets of data can be consolidated across sites if required.
BATCH PROCESSING
Process batches by entering recipes and recording supplier batches consumed. Consume WIP and re-work to make your final product. Release to inventory fully or partially, if part of a production run needs to be placed on hold.
RECALLS
QTRACA traceability allows you to identify quickly and easily the production batches that have consumed specific supplier ingredient batches, and who these production batches have gone too. Even if product has been reworked, or work in progress batches have been used.
INTEGRATION
Linking QTRACA to your financial system helps automate the creation of your inwards goods and dispatch records. When invoices and purchase orders are created in your finance system they will automatically be created in QTRACA. Just enter the Batch details to complete!
